TrustCustoms is the product brand operated by TipSnaps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe material accessible through trustcustoms.com infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent at support@trustcustoms.com. Your notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works;
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for us to find it;
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address, if available;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information is accurate; and
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may not be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). A person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notifications

If material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our Copyright Agent a written counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal;
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address, if available;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification; and
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located, or, if outside the United States, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and accepting service from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Send counter-notifications to support@trustcustoms.com. We may restore material as permitted by the DMCA if the original claimant does not file a court action within the applicable period.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
