Yes. A fan can make a public Offer for any creator, even when that creator has not joined TrustCustoms. Include the creator's name, a public social profile link, the brief, and the amount. TrustCustoms creates a unique public share URL that the fan can send to the creator.

The creator joins TrustCustoms, is approved, verifies that they control the matching social identity, and claims the Offer. They can then accept, counter, or decline the request. The fan is not charged unless the creator accepts.

TrustCustoms supports lawful custom content for adults, subject to platform rules, creator boundaries, consent, and age requirements. Prohibited or non-consensual content is not allowed.

A fan is charged only after the creator accepts the order. A pending request or public Offer does not capture payment. After acceptance, the payment is held in escrow while the creator completes the agreed custom.

Yes. Delivered files pass through an administrative content review before the fan can access them. This review checks platform rules and required safety controls; it does not replace the fan's review of whether the delivery matches the agreed brief.

The fan is not charged when a creator declines or never accepts the request. Work and payment begin only after acceptance, so a pending or declined Offer does not create a payment obligation.

The accepted brief, amount, and deadline become the order terms. Payment is captured into escrow and held by TrustCustoms while the creator fulfills the order. The creator delivers through the private order, and TrustCustoms's administrative review gates access and release. Once TrustCustoms approves the delivery, eligible creator earnings are recorded and the funds are released; creator payout remains a separate onboarding and administrator step.

An accepted order that misses its recorded delivery deadline is flagged for administrator review. Administrators may determine the next permitted step, such as a new delivery window or TrustCustoms wallet credit, under the applicable order and refund terms. There is no promise of an instant refund or payout.

TrustCustoms's administrative review determines when the fan can access a delivery; fan approval is not required to complete the order or release escrow. After an approved delivery is made available, the fan has 24 hours to challenge a serious issue, as shown in the order flow.

Yes. Before accepting, a creator can counter the request terms, including the scope, amount, or deadline. The order should move forward only after both sides agree and the creator accepts.

After the creator delivers, TrustCustoms's administrative review approves the delivery, releases the escrow, and records the creator's eligible earnings. TrustCustoms charges an 18% platform fee. Complete Tipalti onboarding, including your payment and tax details, so an administrator can initiate an available payout once Tipalti confirms you are payable. Payouts are not promised on an automatic date and are not instant.

TrustCustoms charges an 18% platform fee on eligible creator earnings. On a $100 eligible amount with only the platform fee applied, the creator earns $82 before applicable taxes or other charges. OnlyFans' current terms at https://onlyfans.com/terms state that its Fee is calculated as 20% of the total Fan Payment, so the same $100 platform-fee-only example leaves $80 before applicable taxes or other charges. This is a fee comparison, not a promise about payout timing.

Creator approval, identity and age checks, and social identity verification help confirm that the person claiming an Offer controls the relevant creator identity. A badge does not guarantee that every request will be accepted.
