Support Data includes the topic, subject, message, account or order references, and other information you choose to provide when contacting support. Do not include passwords, full payment card numbers, or sensitive identity documents in a support request.
Financial Data includes bank or other payment account (creators only) and payment card details (tippers only). We store only very limited, if any, Financial Data. Otherwise, all Financial Data is stored by our payment processor, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of content or services you have bought from us or any creator through our Website.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Website.
