This Creator Agreement is between you ("Creator") and TipSnaps LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). TrustCustoms is the Company’s product brand and the platform through which Creators may offer content and custom orders. By applying for, accessing, or using a Creator account, you agree to this agreement and the Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and be legally able to enter this agreement. Before you may accept orders or publish content, you must complete the Company’s identity and age verification process. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You are responsible for all content you submit, including confirming that you hold the rights necessary to create, upload, license, and deliver it. You must maintain documentation establishing that every person depicted is a legal adult and has provided consent. You must not submit content involving minors, non-consensual activity, trafficking, exploitation, illegal activity, or any other content prohibited by the Terms of Service, Content Policy, applicable law, or payment-partner requirements.
Legal adult content may appear on creator or model pages only after identity, age, and consent checks, administrative approval, and viewer age gating. You may not make submitted content public, offer it for sale, or otherwise make it available through TrustCustoms until it has been approved by an administrator. Administrative review does not reduce your responsibility for the content or guarantee that every violation will be detected.
You may accept only orders you can lawfully fulfill and must deliver content that matches the agreed order checklist. Custom delivery files are private. The Company reviews them before the customer can access them, and they are served through protected, short-lived access. You must not distribute a customer’s private delivery outside the platform or permit unauthorized access to it.
Payment is collected and secured only when an order is accepted with funding successfully completed ("funded acceptance"). At funded acceptance, every delivery date or deadline previously requested, displayed, proposed, or supplied is replaced by a delivery window of exactly 48 hours beginning at funded acceptance. There is no grace period. You meet the deadline by submitting the completed delivery through TrustCustoms for administrator review before that 48-hour window ends. Time spent in administrator review is excluded and does not make a timely submission late. The Company aims to complete review within two hours as a non-guaranteed operational target; this target is not a promise, deadline, or service level.
If you do not submit the delivery for administrator review within the 48-hour window, the order enters administrator review. A missed deadline does not automatically refund the Fan, pay you, or otherwise resolve the order. The Company may review the circumstances and extend the deadline or issue a refund. You receive no funds if the Company issues a full missed-deadline refund. After a submitted delivery completes administrator review and is made available to the Fan, the Fan’s approval releases your earnings.
You must comply with applicable law, this agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Content Policy. You must not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; impersonate another person; use the platform to facilitate prostitution, sex trafficking, or in-person meetings; or share another user’s personal information without authorization.
The Company may reject, remove, restrict, or require changes to content; suspend or terminate a Creator account; cancel an order; withhold access to content; or refer matters to law enforcement where it reasonably determines that content or conduct may violate this agreement, the Content Policy, law, or payment-partner requirements.
Payments, fees, customer approvals, refunds, and disputes are governed by the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and the order terms presented through TrustCustoms, subject to the 48-hour delivery rule above. Every refund for an accepted custom order is issued solely as non-withdrawable TrustCustoms wallet credit to the Fan, including amounts originally funded by card, and is never returned to the card or other original payment method. Wallet credit is for future eligible purchases only, has no cash value, is nontransferable, and may be withheld, reversed, reduced, or otherwise adjusted for fraud, chargebacks, payment reversals, legal obligations, or other unlawful or abusive activity. The Company may hold or adjust payouts as necessary to address chargebacks, refunds, disputes, suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal obligations.
You retain ownership of your Creator content, subject to the license you grant to the Company as necessary to host, review, secure, display after approval, deliver, and otherwise operate TrustCustoms and fulfill orders. You grant that license only to the extent necessary for those purposes and subject to the applicable Terms of Service.
Either party may stop using the Creator account at any time, subject to open orders, payment obligations, and applicable law. The Company may immediately suspend or terminate access for a material breach of this agreement or to protect users, the platform, or compliance obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including content responsibility, intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
