TrustCustoms allows a wide range of creative and legal adult content, provided it complies with the law and the standards below. TrustCustoms is the product brand operated by TipSnaps LLC. This policy applies to all content requested, produced, uploaded, or delivered through the platform, and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Age and Verification Requirements

• All users must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• All creators must complete identity and age verification before accepting orders.
• Any person appearing in content must be a verified adult with documented consent, in accordance with our 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance statement.
• Legal adult content may appear on creator or model pages only after identity, age, and consent checks, administrative approval, and viewer age gating.

3. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Any content involving minors, or content presenting adults as minors.
• Non-consensual content of any kind, including content recorded or shared without the consent of all participants.
• Content depicting or promoting violence, coercion, human trafficking, or exploitation.
• Content involving illegal acts or the promotion of illegal activity.
• Content that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others, including deepfakes of real persons without consent.
• Bestiality, incest, or other categories prohibited by law or by our payment partners.

4. Creator Responsibilities

• Only accept orders you can lawfully and comfortably fulfill. You may decline any request.
• Ensure documented consent and verification for any co-performer before they appear in content.
• Deliver content that matches the agreed order checklist. Custom delivery files are private, are reviewed by an administrator before customer access, and are served through protected, short-lived access.

5. Fan Responsibilities

• Do not request prohibited content. Prohibited requests are grounds for account termination.
• Respect content privacy: custom content is licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or leaked.

6. Enforcement and Reporting

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in content removal, order cancellation, account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of pending payouts.
