Log in and add a payment method. Name the creator, link their social profile, and set out your brief and offered price.
Share
Publish your Offer and send its unique public /offer/:slug link to the creator. They do not need an account to see it.
Verify & claim
To claim it, the creator registers, becomes approved, and verifies the social identity matching the Offer.
Agree & accept
The creator reviews the terms and can accept, counter, or decline. You are not charged before acceptance; at acceptance, the payment is captured into escrow and held.

Say what you want to receive—not just “something custom.” A useful brief makes it easier for the creator to give you a clear answer.
Include format, length, tone, must-have details, reference links, and your budget. Respect the creator’s boundaries and platform rules.
Review the result.
Not a promise.
Your recorded agreement is the reference point for delivery, revisions, and human dispute support.
Admin review first
Uploaded content is checked against platform rules before you get access. This is separate from your review of the agreed brief.
Then your review
Approve content that meets the agreement. If it does not, request a qualifying revision or raise a dispute through the order.
A deadline with a next step
Acceptance with confirmed funding starts the 48-hour delivery window. Missed deadlines go to admin review for an extension or TrustCustoms wallet credit—not a guaranteed card refund.
