To claim it, the creator registers, becomes approved, and verifies the social identity matching the Offer.
Agree & accept
The creator reviews the terms and can accept, counter, or decline. You are not charged before acceptance; at acceptance, the payment is captured into escrow and held.

Admin approval & release
TrustCustoms's administrative delivery review gates fan access and escrow release. When the delivery is approved, eligible creator earnings are recorded; the fan can challenge a serious issue within the 24-hour post-approval window.
Creator payout is separate
Creators complete Tipalti payment and tax onboarding. Once payable, an administrator can initiate the available payout. Recording earnings and releasing escrow does not mean an instant or automatically scheduled transfer.

Missed delivery deadlines are flagged overdue for admin review. An administrator can issue a new 48-hour extension or credit the escrowed amount to the fan’s TrustCustoms wallet.
For a delivery dispute, the team reviews the agreed requirements and submitted content. Keep requests and feedback specific to the original agreement.
