1. Define the deliverable and your boundaries
Decide what you want to receive: the format, number of photos or video length, orientation, tone, and any essential wording. Distinguish must-haves from preferences and note what is not requested. Check the Content Policy and the creator’s stated limits. A request is not permission to exceed either.
2. Choose references without sharing private material
Use public reference links you are permitted to share. Explain exactly what each reference illustrates—such as lighting, pacing, or framing—rather than asking for an exact copy. Do not include private commissioned files, someone else’s paid content, payment information, contact details, or sensitive personal information in a public Offer.
3. Choose a creator or send an invitation
Browse listed creators to send a request, or use Create an Offer to invite a named creator who may not be on TrustCustoms yet. Posting an Offer requires login and a payment method. Add the creator’s name and social link, your brief, and your offered price. Send the unique public Offer URL to the intended creator. The public page is an invitation, not proof that they have joined or agreed.
4. Agree before production begins
An invited creator registers, becomes approved, verifies the matching social identity, and claims the Offer before deciding whether to accept, counter, or decline. Review any changed terms instead of relying on an earlier conversation. Each Offer is one fan’s request; other visitors are not buying a share of the finished content. No charge is captured before creator acceptance.
5. Check funding and the recorded deadline
Acceptance triggers payment. Acceptance with confirmed funding starts the 48-hour delivery window; creators should wait for confirmed funding before working. Follow the status and deadline shown in the order rather than treating an invitation date as a delivery commitment. A missed deadline goes to administrator review for the next permitted step, such as an extension or TrustCustoms wallet credit. It is not a promise of an automatic card refund.
6. Receive the delivery through the order
The accepted order conversation and delivered files are private, apart from authorized TrustCustoms administration and content review. The creator uploads the agreed content through the order. Administrative review comes before fan access; uploading alone does not mean the delivery is ready to view. Keep the brief and order history together so any concern can be assessed against the agreement.
7. Review promptly and raise specific concerns
After an approved delivery becomes available, the fan has 24 hours to challenge a serious issue, as shown in the order flow. Compare the result with the accepted requirements and identify what differs, rather than introducing a new brief. Use the order’s available revision or dispute options and provide relevant details. Fan approval is not required to complete the order. Read the FAQ for review details and the Refund Policy for applicable terms; do not assume every concern produces a cash refund.
